Dr Tanja Phillips is an internationally recognised medical expert in non-surgical laser treatments, Tanja has 30 years of clinical experience and is recognised by her peers and the Laser and Health Academy as a key opinion leader for laser aesthetics. Dr Tanja has established 3 successful clinics in Hampshire, Berkshire and Knightsbridge, London based on the pioneering technology from Fotona. Having seen the technology first hand and how it can transform a business, Dr Tanja is now sharing her knowledge and experience helping other clinics transform their business profile and profitability in the UK and Ireland.

Meet The Team
Dr Tanja Phillips is recognised by her peers and the Laser and Health Academy as a key opinion leader for laser aesthetics. She is an expert lecturer for laser treatments and has lectured both in the UK, at the Royal Society of Medicine, and abroad at international conferences. Tanja is the lead trainer for the Fotona laser in the UK. She is passionate about training and is currently constructing additional training programmes so that standards are met within this industry to ensure patient safety goes alongside excellent results.
Tanja graduated from Southampton University in 1994. With over 30 years of clinical experience, she has developed her skills in the non-surgical laser field combining the science of the laser with the art of tailoring treatments to the individual’s needs for which she is now internationally recognised.
Tilly is our Business Operations Officer at Fotona Distribution and plays a pivotal role in the smooth running of the business. She is involved in a wide range of areas, from managing relationships with our existing customers to overseeing the onboarding and training of new clients. Tilly also spearheads business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities for growth.
With a focus on operational efficiency, Tilly streamlines processes, optimises resources, and ensures that all departments are working seamlessly together. Her keen attention to productivity, financial performance, and cross-departmental collaboration ensures that our operations consistently align with our broader business goals.
Elisabeth is our National Sales Director, bringing a wealth of experience from the medical field to her role. With a deep understanding of the industry, she is responsible for managing all new customer relationships, generating leads, and driving sales of our devices. Elisabeth plays a key role in expanding our client base, ensuring that potential customers are well-informed about our products and services.
