Clinics must offer more than the basics to their patients. Both clinic owners and patients are looking for systems that can be easily managed and feel safe. This laser system is well-established and allows clinics the ability to offer multiple treatments without requiring additional machines. Many clinics see it as a long-term option rather than a quick upgrade
Fotona’s SP Dynamis laser is multi-purpose and can be used both for medical and aesthetic treatments. It works on multiple layers of skin. This means that it can be used to treat many different concerns, rather than one. The system uses two types of lasers. One laser works deeper to improve firmness and texture, while the second works closer to the skin surface to refine and improve texture.
Some clinics feel restricted by their equipment. Many clinics may have several machines doing different jobs, but that can often lead to higher costs, more maintenance and less flexibility.
The SP Dynamis is more practical. It integrates different treatment options, making it easy to manage daily tasks while offering high-quality services.
The fact that this system can be used for so many different treatments is one its greatest strengths. It allows clinics the ability to treat many common concerns with one device. It can help with acne, uneven skin tone, and signs of aging.
The device is used to improve skin firmness in body areas, as well as facial treatments. Some clinics use it in more specialised treatment, depending on their experience and focus. It is easier to expand clinic services with this flexibility.
SP Dynamis sends controlled laser energy deep into the skin. The energy can reach various depths based on how it is set.
When it reaches the deeper layers, it stimulates collagen, an important component of keeping skin strong and firm. Applied to the surface of the skin, it can help refine and smoothen the skin. The skin will become clearer, firmer and more improved over time. The process encourages the skin’s ability to repair itself .
SP Dynamis is a great system for many clinics. It can transform the way they operate. The treatments can now be managed by one platform, instead of switching between multiple machines.
The scheduling of appointments is made easier and the practitioners are given more control over treatment delivery. Clinics can also offer patients more options without increasing complexity. The clinic can start small and grow as the demand increases.
This system works for clinics looking to advance their treatments, while still keeping it simple. This system works well for clinics who want to provide natural, results-driven treatment rather than quick fix. Consider how this system can fit into your clinic.
Most clinics will not make all the changes at once. They start out with key treatments such as skin tightening, or rejuvenation and expand their offerings as they grow more confident. The process is not complete without training. When practitioners are trained to use a system correctly, results and treatments become more predictable.Over time, it becomes an integral part of the clinic and not just a service.
Patients in the UK have more options. Many patients are searching for treatments that they feel are safe, natural, well thought out, and effective.
SP Dynamis helps clinics adopt this approach, allowing them to offer treatments that gradually improve the skin rather than forcing a drastic change. This is a great way to build trust and ensure long-term results.
You can get a better understanding of how to use the Fotona Sp Dynamis UK in your clinic by watching a demonstration. It will help you decide what treatments you want to offer, and show you how the system actually works. This also allows you to ask any questions that are specific to your needs.
It can be used for many treatments including skin tightening or improvement and other aesthetic or medicinal procedures.
In most cases, yes. Clinics can offer different treatments with one system.
Yes, particularly for clinics looking to expand their services and have flexibility.
It is safe to use, provided you have the right training.

Accelera pulse technology generates sub-millisecond Nd:YAG pulsewidths to provide minimally invasive skin rejuvenation and many other popular non-ablative aesthetic treatments.
FRAC3® is a three-dimensional treatment effect that seeks out minuscule, age-related imperfections in skin tissue. With FRAC3® more surrounding tissue remains unaffected, ensuring faster healing and less patient downtime compared to conventional fractional treatments.
PIANO mode is a new Nd:YAG bulk heating approach based on super-long pulse durations (0.3 – 60 s) which are longer than the thermal relaxation time of the epidermis and other skin structures such as hair follicles or blood vessels. Since PIANO mode does not cause high initial temperature peaks in the epidermis, it is the safest mode for reaching deeper lying skin tissues.
EFC (Energy Feedback Control) technology is a core safety feature which actively monitors each individual pulse’s energy level to ensure that the output energy is exactly matched to the practitioner’s chosen parameters throughout the duration of each treatment session.
VSP (Variable Square Pulse) technology is a patented solution for generating square laser pulses for more controlled energy absorption. Pulse durations can be adjusted from 50 us up to 1500 us, depending on the practitioner’s needs. VSP pulse technology minimizes unnecessary laser energy absorption into body tissues and helps to ensure ultimate performance and patient comfort during laser treatments.

TURBO mode is an Er:YAG treatment modality that enables very large ablation depths to be achieved by stacking multiple pulses on the same treatment area. Turbo mode can be used to reach deeper into the dermis than traditional (non-fractional) resurfacing to achieve particular clinical effects.
FracRevive® photorejuvenation is an easy-to-perform 2-step treatment that combines both full-spot brushing and fractional FracTAT® stamping technologies. It effectively reduces pore size, diminishes the appearance of pigmentation spots and wrinkles, and enhances overall skin texture while unifying skin tone.
The FracTAT® procedure in ablative mode enables deep resurfacing with minimal downtime, making it an ideal solution for acne scar revision, skin rejuvenation, and skin texture improvement. Additionally, FracTAT® can be performed in a gentler non-ablative mode, generating fractional microscopic lesions within tissues as a result of micro cavitations and plasma formation. These are rapidly healed by the intact surrounding tissue, leaving the skin refreshed with fewer imperfections.
In the Fotona FracTAT® tattoo removal procedure, micro-holes are drilled with a fractional laser handpiece (1), followed by treatment with a full-beam handpiece (2). Micro-holes reduce the frosting effect and pressure on the surrounding tissue and act as pressure relief ducts (3), allowing gases formed in the tattoo removal process to escape. This enables deeper pigments to be reached (4), leading to more efficient pigment destruction.

SMOOTH mode is a Er:YAG treatment modality that delivers laser energy onto the skin in a fast sequence of low-fluence laser pulses inside an overall super-long pulse of 200-350 msec. Because SMOOTH pulses are longer than the epidermal TRT, the effect of SMOOTH mode is gentle coagulative heating of the skin without any significant ablation of the epidermis.

Using a dual-channel feedback loop, EFC ensures that the energy output precisely matches the selected treatment parameters, giving you the peace of mind that every pulse is safely and accurately delivered throughout the entire session. This eliminates energy fluctuations common in less advanced systems and removes the need for manual recalibration.
Homogeneity of a laser beam is crucial for safety during treatment, as it ensures even energy distribution across the treated area. This may reduce the risk of epidermal damage, bleeding, tissue splatter, and transient skin texture changes. Achieving such homogeneity has long been a challenge in the laser industry due to the nonlinear nature of Q-switched lasers, but it is essential for optimal performance. The OPTOflex® articulated arm is designed to efficiently transmit the laser beam without losing energy or changing the beam’s original properties.
Powered by advanced ASP technology, StarWalker® features a unique green long-pulse VERDE mode, specifically designed for the treatment of vascular lesions. It offers a range of long-pulse durations (15, 20, 30, and 50 ms) to effectively target blood vessels and vascular lesions of different sizes. The 532 nm wavelength aligns with one of the oxyhemoglobin absorption peaks, allowing for the treatment of superficial vascular lesions, while the 1064 nm wavelength can target deeper and larger vessels.
KTP VERDE also allows for safe and effective removal of freckles and sun spots in patients with Fitzpatrick skin type IV, with no long-lasting adverse effects. Full-face application of long-pulsed KTP can result in improved skin texture and tone.

StarWalker’s unique VERDE mode delivers 532 nm energy in long millisecond pulses designed for treating superficial vascular lesions.
StarWalker® MaQX Pro also delivers longer 1064 nm VERSA3 pulses with a range of durations (15, 20, 25, and 50 ms), which are clinically well-proven for a broad range of treatments, such as active acne, wrinkle reduction, hair removal, and the treatment of warts or onychomycosis.

Standard Q-switched laser systems cannot deliver Nd:YAG laser pulses in the ‘long-pulse’ duration regime.
StarWalker® MaQX Pro features the revolutionary FRAC3® pulse modality, utilizing the microsecond pulse duration and high peak power density of Fotona’s VSP™ Nd:YAG pulse technology to produce a three-dimensional fractional pattern in the epidermis and dermis. This creates damage islands that are predominantly located at the sites of targeted skin imperfections. The skin’s natural healing response then acts to repair the microdamage, thereby safely rejuvenating the skin.

Standard Q-switched laser systems cannot deliver Nd:YAG laser pulses in the ‘long-pulse’ duration regime.
